The location was fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions. Breakfast was a highlight. the freshly made espresso and variety in the menu made for a lovely start. The spacious double room we booked was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the landmark outside.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, especially when I needed extra toilet paper at night. The shower was poorly maintained, with a wand hanging off the wall and a dangerous drain cover that moved when stepped on. Overall, the lack of attention to maintenance and customer concerns made this trip incredibly frustrating.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Uffizi Gallery and saw the Duomo, which were both a short walk away. The breakfast was great, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The location made it so easy to explore and pop back into our room whenever we needed.

The shower was ridiculously tiny!!! Also, the room was lacking in electrical outlets, making it inconvenient to charge devices!!! If they could fix these issues, it would elevate the stay tremendously.

staying in the heart of florence made it super easy to walk to both the stunning ponte vecchio and the iconic piazzale michelangelo. The breakfast was nice and simple, served either in the charming breakfast room or right in my room.
